I started doing artistic gymnastics at the young age of four. I was able to gain first artistic experience and learned good body control on bars, high bar, balancing beam and the climbing pole. Additionally, a certain flexibility and stamina has thereby been trained. Later, at the age of twelve, I switched over to Taekwondo. This martial arts technique helped in improving my bodily fitness and strength, and it boosted my self-confidence quite a bit. I was lucky to have the opportunity to paticipate in competitions in both sports, and more than once I was able to outpace my fellow campaigners and climb the winner's podium.
About the age of 20 I discovered pole dancing on the internet and was eager to learn it at once. Unfortunately, at that time there was hardly any possibility to do so in Germany. Through further investigations I found dancing schools that offered this type of sport, and I also came to know that there existed international championships, in which the world's best pole dancers competed against each other. Sabrina Pankow lined up for Germany in the world championship 2005 in Amsterdam. She also organized the first German championship of pole dancing in 2007. I got in touch with her and, told her of my curiosity and asked her to coach me. Sabrina Pankow taught me the art of pole dancing. Since that time I had a new goal, to participate in this very championship in 2007. On May 4th in 2007 I attended the preselection for the German chamionship in pole dancing in Cologne. On this day, my way to an internationally known pole dancer began. I won the preselection and the German championship on June 21st in Hamburg. As “Miss Pole Dance Germany“ I qualified myself for the European Championship on September 12th 2008 in Amsterdam. Even there I mounted the podium and was awarded with the third place. About one month later, on October the 24th 2008 I was able to defend my title and won again the 1st place at the “Miss Pole Dance Germany“ selection. The absolute highlight of my present career as a Professional Pole Dancer followed on April 25 in 2009. The participation in the “World Championship” in Jamaica was just about the limit. The opportunity to meet all of my idols, the world stars of Pole Dancing scene, was marvellous. The chance to train together and to learn from them made me feel a lot better about getting just number nine in that competition. On the other hand, I am among the top ten of the world. Honestly, what more could you want. One of my biggest dreams came true in Jamaica.
With the success the public interest in my person and the new sport grew constantly in Germany. Responding to that, I opened my own Pole Dancing School in Nuremberg on July the 11th 2009 (Pole Dance Academy, Nürnberg). Within that I can pass on my experience share my knowledge and transfer my skills to new talents. I try to trained some of my students goal-oriented for the participation as a Newcomer on the next German Championship, to the same time focussing on defending my title once more. Together we travelled to the next German Championship which was taking place in Hamburg on December the 11th. Due to the hard and intensive training I could win the title “Miss Pole Dance Germany“ for the third time. The icing on the cake was that one of may students (Lara Coskun) was awarded with the title “Miss Pole Dance Germany – Best Newcomer“. That made the evening even more glamorous and exciting.

Quotation Wolfgang Ambros:
“Could anybody please pinch me, this must be a dream, am I crazy, where do I actually stand now. But I think pinching is not enough I need a punch to wake up. Thanks now its clear to me, it’s true it’s true”
